Just to remind everyone that Sat. March 7th is our opening weekend at Wintergreen! We are open all Saturdays and Sundays in March and April 9-4p.m. for full maple menu. The sap doesn't look like it is going to run for awhile, but there is plenty to eat and sample at Wintergreen. Sugar on Snow at 2 p.m.. Try our new signature candy....Wintergreen Maple Bark...delicious and sinful. Kim's famous butter tarts will be available, and the Dawson family will be glad to see everyone after a long winter.
